SERVICES

Family Conflict Mediation

Family mediation is often used to resolve conflicts within families, particularly in cases of divorce, child custody disputes, inheritance matters, and elder care issues. It helps family members find amicable solutions and improve communication to maintain or rebuild relationships.

Business Conflict Mediation

Mediation is a cost-effective and relationship-preserving approach, guiding business partners and stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions while preserving important professional relationships.

Eviction Mediation

In eviction cases, mediators help landlords and tenants achieve fair and balanced solutions, often preventing homelessness and minimizing the strain on court resources by resolving disputes outside the courtroom.

Restorative Justice

In criminal conflicts, mediators contribute to restorative justice by facilitating dialogue between victims and offenders, promoting rehabilitation and community healing, reducing recidivism rates and promoting understanding and reconciliation.

TESTIMONIALS

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

"I can't recommend or thank Julie enough at Idaho Mediation, LLC! I needed assistance with custody court documents and filings and after looking over the documents thought I needed to retain an attorney. However, a friend recommended I speak with Julie first. I am so pleased I did. She was so patient, kind and understanding. She walked me through the entire process, explained the court documents and helped prepare them. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. With her assistance I didn't need to hire an attorney and was able to file and achieve the desired results on my own. Thanks Julie!"

FAQS

How much does it cost?

Our mediation services are priced based on the duration of the session. A one-hour session costs $200, and if you opt for a more extended two-hour session, the rate is $400. Whether you prefer in-person meetings or the convenience of Zoom, our pricing remains the same. We believe in providing flexible options to accommodate your needs and ensure effective conflict resolution.

How long does this process take?

The duration of mediation can vary depending on the complexity of the issues and the willingness of the parties to reach an agreement. Some cases can be resolved in a single session, while others may require multiple sessions over several weeks or months. We'll work together to find a timeline that suits your specific situation.

Is mediation confidential, and will what we discuss be kept private?

Yes, mediation is confidential. What is discussed during the mediation sessions remains private and cannot be used as evidence in court. This confidentiality is a fundamental principle of mediation and encourages open and honest communication between the parties. Your privacy and the security of sensitive information are of the utmost importance in the mediation process.

What is the mediator's role in the process, and how neutral are you?

As a mediator, my role is to facilitate communication and guide the conversation between the parties. I am a neutral third party, which means I do not take sides or make decisions for you. My goal is to create a safe and fair environment for both parties to express their concerns, explore options, and ultimately come to their own mutually agreeable solutions.
